Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group PLC announces the appointment of Michael Edwards as Commercial Director, Electronics and Alternative Energy.
Mr Edwards will work with both Oxford Advanced Surfaces Ltd and Oxford Energy Technologies Ltd, targeting customers and supply chain partners in photovoltaics, solid state lighting, displays, printed electronics and printed circuit boards, all areas where OAS’s Onto™ technology can be applied to the manufacturing process.
Mr Edwards has substantial experience leading Toshiba’s European Semiconductor division and, more recently, in developing global businesses via licensing and product sales, specialising in the Far East and the US.
