The board of Oxford Advanced Surfaces announces that it has received notification from Close Asset Management Limited that, as of 10 February 2010, it has a direct interest in 9,426,500 ordinary shares, which based on the issued share capital at today's date of 195,740,641 ordinary shares of 1p each, represents 4.82% of the voting rights in the Company.
