Resignation of Director

Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group plc ("OAS" or the "Company")

As announced on 25 September 2009, Marcelo Bravo, executive director, was committed to a limited handover period and the board would like to announce that Marcelo Bravo has now resigned as a director of the Company on 31 December 2009 to pursue new business interests.

Jeremy Scudamore, Non Executive Chairman, commented on behalf of the board" we would like to thank Marcelo Bravo for all his hard work from taking OAS through the initial business development and its subsequent admission to AIM . We wish him all the best with his new ventures."
